摘要
为证实该防爆硝酸铵还具有很好的抗结块效果.一系列的抗压强度试验表明,在防爆硝酸铵结晶的过程中添加有机添加剂和无机添加剂后,结晶后得到的防爆硝酸铵具有很好的抗结块性.在湿度较大(60%~75%)的情况下基本上消除了防爆硝酸铵的结块性(抗压强度仅为0.01 kg*cm-2).而18胺、聚丙烯酰胺及无机盐的共同作用,可使防爆硝酸铵在更高的湿度(75%~80%)下保持良好的抗结块性(抗压强度为0.04 kg*cm-2).其中无机盐添加剂有着重要的作用.
The good anticaking effect of anti-explosive AN has been proved in detail. A series of compressive strength experiments have proved that addition of organic and inorganic additives during the process of crystallization has good anticaking effect on the modified AN. The caking degree of the modified AN has basically been eliminated even in the case of high humidity (60%~75%) ,with the compressive strength being only 0. 01kg · cm^-2. By the joint action of octadecylamine,polyacrylamide,and inorganic salt,good anticaking effect of the modified AN can be maintained in higher humidity environment (75%~80%),the compressive strength being 0.04kg · cm^-2. Inorganic salt additives play an important role here.
