摘要
本文成功地研制出一种以γ-Al2O3为载体,负载镍、镧,用于丙酮加氢合成甲基异丁基酮(MIBK)的新型催化剂。并研究了不同稀土金属,不同焙烧温度,不同反应温度,不同空速条件及不同来源氢气等因素对催化性能的影响。
A new catalyst loaded with Ni and La(Ce)on γ-Al2O3 was prepared.It was used in the reaction for producing methyl isobutyl ketone in an one-stage reaction which comprises contacting acetone and hydrogen. Many factors which may affect the catalytic behavior such as rare earth metal species,calcination temperature,reaction temperature, space speed and feed gas purity were studied.
