摘要
以白云石和氯化铵为原料,研究了铵分解过程的最优工艺条件,进行了氨循环试验和含镁铵解渣的回收。试验表明,铵盐法工艺可行、消耗低,主产品Ca(OH)_2纯度高,副产品轻质碳酸镁符合国标一级品。
The technical conditions of ammonolysis in preparing Ca(OH)2 with dolomite and ammonium chloride as raw materials were optimally chosen. The ammonia cycle test and recovery of magnesium-containing residue of ammonolysis were carried out. It is indicated that Ammonium salt method is technically feasible due to low consumption, high purity of the main product and by-product,light magnesium carbonate is fit for first-grade product of GB of China.
