摘要
叙述了洞庭氮肥厂合成氨装置高压蒸汽发生系统以碱洗、酸洗、钝化为主要环节的首次化学清洗工艺，阐述了清洗机理，总结了清洗处理要点。
A chemical cleaning process has been used first for high pressure vapour generator in synthetic ammonia system of Yueyang Nitrogenous Fertilizer Plant.The key links of the process chain are alkali washing, acid washing and pas sivation.In this paper the cleaning mechanism is stated and cleaning keys are sum marized.
