上颌埋伏多生牙的简易定位及拔除

Simple radiologcial location and extraction of the embedded supernumerary teeth in maxilla

目的探讨埋伏多生牙在颌骨中的定位诊断与拔除方法。方法通过拍摄X线牙片及全景片,结合临床检查,利用X射线照相中的几何学原理确定多生牙的位置,以确定手术入路,然后拔除。结果门诊与住院患者120例,根据手术结果与术前的X线牙片及全景片对照,诊断符合率达98.6%;手术后切口均一期愈合,无牙髓坏死等并发症。结论埋伏多生牙的位置通过X线牙片及全景片,结合临床即可正确判定其位置,以指导临床医师选择手术入路拔除方法。

Objective To investigate the location diagnosis and operation management of embedded supernumerary teeth in alveolar bone of maxilla.Methods X-ray dental fdm and panoramic pantomogram were used to determine the location of embedded supernumerary teeth on bases of the geometrical principle of X-xay photography.The embedded supernumerary teeth were extracted by different methods according to the radiograph and clinical examination.Results 120 patients were included in this study.Diagnostic corresponding value was 98.6% for the embedded supernumerary teeth by clinical radiography examination before and after operation and the wound healed well.Conclusion The location diagnosis is completed by radiography and clinical examination,thus directing approach selection for extraction these teeth.
