摘要
以布洛芬为原料,通过酯化反应得到4种布洛芬衍生物,其结构经IR、1H-NMR、MS和元素分析确证。以布洛芬为阳性对照,采用小鼠耳肿胀法测试其抗炎作用,结果显示所有目标化合物均具有抗炎活性,其中化合物3和4的抗炎活性分别是布洛芬的2倍和3倍。
From ibuprofen, four compounds were obtained by esterification. Their structures were all confirmed by IR, ^1H-NMR, MS and elemental analysis, and their anti-inflammatory activities were also evaluated with the model xylene-induced ear edema in mice, the results show that all of the 4 compounds have antiinflammatory activities, and the anti-inflammatory activities of compounds 3 and 4 are two or three times than that of ibuprofen, respectively.
