摘要
在微波辐射下,以对氯苯酚为原料,通过取代酚的醚化、酯化来合成氯醒酯。产物结构由红外光谱及核磁共振氢谱确证。与传统方法相比,本法操作简便、污染小、反应时间大大缩短,收率为85%。
Under microwave irradiation, meclofenoxatum was synthesized through alkylation of the substituted phenol and esterification of 4-chlorophenoxy acetic acid. The yields of 4-chlorophenoxy acetic acid and meclofenoxatum were 90 % and 85 %. The structures were identified by IR and ^1H-NMR. The advantages of the procedure are with short time, high yield, simple work-up and low toxicity.
