随着数字图书馆的发展,法律(知识产权)和标准这两大问题已成为数字图书馆建设的羁绊。就如何解决好数字图书馆建设中的知识产权问题以及重复建设和标准化问题提出了切实可行的措施。

Along with the development of the digital library, the two problems, the law of the inteLLectual property right and the standard, have become the obstacles of the construction of the digital library. In the light of how to solve well the problems of the intellectual property right, the repeated construction and the standard in the construction of the digital library, this paper puts forward some practicable measures.
