Promoting the Development of the Enterprise through Protecting the Intellectual Property Right

知识产权制度是企业技术创新的法律保护机制,有效利用和保护知识产权是我国企业发展壮大,参与国际竞争必不可少的手段。分析了我国目前保护知识产权的形势,为改变知识产权保护不利的状况,提出了加强企业知识产权管理和保护工作的若干建议。

The system of the intellectual property right is the legal protective mechanism for enterprise＇s technical innovation, and the effective utilization and protection of the intellectual property right is the necessary means for Chinese enterprises to develop and strengthen themselves and take part in the international competition. This paper analyzes on the situation of our country＇ s current intellectual property right protection, and puts forward some suggestions on strengthening the management and protection of enterprise s mtellectua property right.
