摘要
职称评定标准是保证科技人力资源开发水平和质量的根本标准。我国的职称评定标准存在基本概念界定不清、构成要素不够合理、多重评定标准并存等问题,必须对其加以改革创新,以提高其科学化水平。
The technical title evaluating standard is a basic standard for guaranteeing the devetoping tevet and quality of sci-tech human resource. Many problems exist in our country's technical title evaluating standard such as the unclear definition of the basic conceptions, the irrational component factors, and the co-existence of multiple evaluating standards, etc. Must reform and innovate the standard for increase its scientific level.
