摘要
分析了企业推行绩效管理成败的原因,认为对于绩效管理理念上的偏差是导致绩效管理成效甚微甚至事与愿违的根本所在。
This paper analyzes on the causes of the success and failure of carrying out the performance management in the enterprise, and holds that the deviation in the conception of the performance management is the ultimate cause of the very little and even quite opposite effect of the performance management.
