In the department-level educational administration, the application of the computer network administration is the requirement for increasing the educational administration level. This paper puts forward the problem of establishing the department-level educational information management system by using the computer network, sums up the application of the computer network in department-level educational administration, and probes into how to increase the computer network educational administration level.
