姜黄对家兔心肌缺血再灌注损伤的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察姜黄(Curcuma Longa)水煎剂对家兔心肌缺血再灌注损伤的影响。方法家兔随机分姜黄组和对照组,采用结扎左冠状动脉前降支30 min后再灌注40 min的方法,建立在体家兔心肌缺血再灌注损伤的动物模型。姜黄组于左冠状动脉前降支结扎前按100 mg/kg及200 mg/kg两剂量组姜黄水煎剂灌胃。测定心肌组织丙二醛(MDA)含量,血清肌酸激酶(CPK)活性和心电图以评价姜黄对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。结果与对照组比较,姜黄组血清CPK活性、心肌组织MDA含量明显降低,心肌缺血面积明显缩小。心电图中出现ST段异常提高的导联数(NST)及ST段抬高≥2 mV的总和数(∑ST)和Q波出现的导联数(NQ)均显著减少。结论姜黄水煎剂对心肌缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of Curcuma Longa on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion in rabbits. Methods Rabbits were randomly divided into control and experiment groups. The myocardial ischemia-reperfusion model was induced by ligation of anterior descending of left coronary artery for thirty minutes followed by reperfusion for forty minutes. Curcuma Longa (100 mg/kg and 200 mg/kg) was given to rabbits by P. O before the operation. The protective effects were determined by the content of MDA in myocardial tissue, the activity of serum creatine phosphokinase (CPK) and the changes in ECG. Results Compared with control group, the activity of serum CPK and the content of MDA decreased remarkably, and NST, ST and NQ dropped significantly. Conclusions Curcuma Longa has protective effects on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion in rabbits.
