摘要
研究了微米CaCO3(μm-CaCO3)、纳米CaCO3(nm-CaCO3)和乙撑双硬脂酰胺(EBS)/油酰胺(OA)、聚α-甲基苯乙烯(Pα-MS)对半硬质聚氯乙烯(PVC)材料力学性能和熔体流变性能的影响。结果表明,μm-CaCO3在填充量较少(≤15份)时材料拉伸强度下降较小,屈服强度在CaCO3填充量小于5份时增加,μm-CaCO3填充PVC的加工流动性优于nm-CaCO3,润滑剂的加入使材料的加工流动性增加;P-αMS的效果最佳。
Influences of micro-CaCO3 (μm-CaCO3) or nano-CaCO3 (nm-CaCO3) and EBS/OA or Pα-MS on mechanical and melt rheological properties of half rigid PVC materials were studied. The results showed that the tensile strength of materials filled with μm-CaCO3 less than 15 phr was decreased. Yield strength was increased when μm-CaCO3 was less than 5 phr. The processing flow properties of PVC filled with μm-CaCO3 was superier to that of PVC filled with nm-CaCO3. The processing flow of materials containing lubricant was increased. The best of all was Pα-MS.
