摘要
给出了灯罩注塑模实用结构。该模具型芯由主型芯和副型芯组成,采用将副型芯推出方法实现塑件内侧壁凹槽抽芯,在塑件倾斜通孔处采用对接型销双向分型斜抽芯。既满足制品的成型和抽芯要求,又省去了斜抽芯和水平抽芯机构,模具结构紧凑,脱型可靠,成型塑件质量好。
The practical injection mould structure design for lampshade was presented. The core of the mould consists of a principal core and a vice-core. The vice-core was ejected to achieve the core-pulling of the inside cavity. The butted two core pins were adopted to achieve the two-side core-pulling of the inclined through-hole of the plastics part. The mould meets the requirements of molding and the core-pulling, as well as leaves out the mechanisms for inclined core-pulling and for horizontal core-pulling. The mould is compacted in structure and reliable in ejection. The quality of plastic parts produced was high.
