摘要
通过电化学试验和试验室加速腐蚀试验,研究了稀土对低碳钢耐大气腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:在低碳钢中,仅添加稀土也能明显的提高其耐大气腐蚀性能。运用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪和273A-M 398型电化学测量系统等测量分析手段,对稀土在低碳钢中的耐蚀机理进行了研究和探讨得出,稀土通过夹杂物改性,从而减小微区域腐蚀,并促进稳定的保护性腐蚀产物-αF eOOH的形成,使得锈层更致密,提高了钢的耐大气腐蚀性。
The effect of RE on corrosion resistance of mild steels has been investigated through electrochemical test and indoor accelerating corrosion test. The research results show that the only addition of RE in mild steel could remarkably improve atmospheric corrosion resistance of mild steels, too. The mechanism of RE effect on corrosion resistance of mild steels was studied and discussed through the measuring and analyzing means such as SEM ,XRD and 273A-M398 electrochemical test system. The results show that RE reduced micro-region corrosion of inclusions arid promoted the formation of the steady protective corrosion product-α-FeOOH that resulted in the more compact rust layer because RE modified the types and the morphologies of inclusions. So RE improved atmospheric corrosion resistance of mild steel.
