摘要
采用流变相-前驱物法合成纳米级C e-Z r-O粉末,通过XRD、TEM和比表面积测定等对产物进行了表征,同时利用XRD、热重分析及红外光谱对前驱物也进行了表征,考察了原料和分散剂种类、灼烧温度等合成条件对产物粒度的影响。实验结果表明,采用碳酸锆、碳酸铈为原料,以水杨酸为络合剂,无水乙醇作分散剂,所得前驱物在80℃干燥和600℃灼烧1h,可得到纳米级C e-Z r-O粉末。
In this essay nanometer Ce-Zr-O powders were prepared by the means of rheological phase and precursor material reaction. The powders were characterized by XRD,TEM, specific measuring and testing instrument, Raman spectrum instrument etc. ,at the same time,the precusor material were characterized by XRD,TG-DTA,infrared spectrum . The factors influencing product graininess such as the type of additives, the calcinating temperature etc. , were studied. The results showed that nanometric Ce-Zr-O powders were abtained by the following processes: anhydrous ethanol used as surface active agent were fed into zirconium carbonate and cerium carbonate, then taking salicylic acid used as complexing agent into the mixed system to get complex drying at the temperature of 80℃, then calcining the complex at 600℃ to get product.
