摘要
在氟化氢铵与稀土氧化物(G d2O3)氟化反应机理研究的基础上,进一步进行了条件实验。结果表明:氟化氢铵配料量过理论量15%,在大气下氟化、脱胺,可取得良好的氟化效果;脱胺反应产物HF气体对物料有二次氟化作用。
Experiments are maked based on the mechanism research of rare earth oxide fluorination with NH4HF2. Good conditions are. NH4HF2 dose exceeds over 15% of calculation; fluorination reaction has deamination reaction are maked in atmosphere. HF gas produced by deamination reaction has quadratic fluorinition effect on material.
