摘要 转录反式激活因子(trans-activator of transcription,Tat)蛋白在HIV-1的转录过程中起着十分重要的调节作用。在没有Tat的情况下,整合后的病毒DNA转录效率很低。Tat与反式激活效应区(trans-activator responseregion,TAR)RNA相互作用,反式激活转录,将转录效率提高几百倍。Tat在HIV-1复制中所起的关键作用以及Tat结构的高度保守使它成为寻找新的作用机制和不易产生耐药性的抗艾滋病药物的新靶点。该文综述了HIV-1反式激活过程、Tat-TAR的相互作用机制和药物干预的新靶点。
