摘要 细菌复苏促进因子Rpf是第一个被发现的原核生物自分泌生长因子,该因子在放线菌门细菌中广泛存在,具有促进细菌休眠体复苏的作用。Rpf在细菌生长代谢过程中所发挥的重要调节作用,使其具有潜在的应用价值。
