摘要
介绍了“经济适用房”消费群体的特点及对空间的要求,分析了经济适用房设计中的几个问题,以提高其经济性和适用性,做到以人为本,达到更好地服务于广大群众的目的。
It introduces characteristic of consumption for economical ＆ applicable dwelling house and requirement to space, some problems m design of it are analyzed to increase economy and applicability, which should be based on people and real economical ＆ applicable to service for people.
