摘要
对WD615普及型欧Ⅲ排放柴油机的冷却水腔进行了CFD模拟,对冷却水腔的整体流动均匀性和整机压力损失进行了分析评估,并对缸盖火力面、喷油器安装孔和排气道周围冷却水腔的冷却液流速和换热系数进行了详细分析。模拟计算结果表明,冷却水腔的流动均匀性和压力损失可以满足欧Ⅲ排放柴油机使用要求;流经火力面和排气道周围水腔的冷却液流量分配合理;缸盖火力面、喷油器安装孔和排气道周围水腔冷却良好。
The cooling water-jacket of Europe Ⅲ diesel engine was studied by CFD simulation. The whole flow uniformity of the cooling water-jacket and the pressure loss of the whole engine was evaluated in this paper, and the flow velocity and heat transfer coefficient of the cooling water through the cooling water-jacket around the fire power face of the cylinder head, the fuel injector hole and the exhaust passage was analyzed in detail. The simulation results show that the flow uniformity and pressure loss of the cooling water-jacket can meet the needs of the operating requirements; the flow capacity of the cooling water flowing along the water-jacket around the fire power face and the exhaust passage was distributed equitably; the water-jacket around the fire power face of the cylinder head, the fuel injector hole and the exhaust passage was fully cooled.
