摘要
研究结果表明:随着养殖的结束,池塘水体和底泥中总异养菌数和反硝化细菌、氨化细菌、硫酸还原菌等特殊生理类群的数量均显著降低。从梭子蟹养殖环境及生物体内分离到115株细菌,经鉴定可归于9个属与肠杆菌科的部分属。通过监控养殖环境中异养细菌和弧菌的数量波动,可以预警梭子蟹病害的发生,及时采取有效的应急防治措施。
The quantitative distribution of some predominant bacteria and the microbial flora of heterotmphic bacteria were studied in culture ponds and the body of Portunus trituberculatus in Zhoushan. The results showed that the number of heterotrophic bacteria, denitrifying bacteria, ammonifying bacteria and sulfate reducing bacteria decreased in the ponds at the end of the culture. The isolated bacteria mainly belonged to 9 genera and some genera of Enterobacteriaceae. Diseases can be diagnosed by determination of the number of heterotrophic bacteria and vibrio in the ponds.
