高固体分活性丙烯酸酯树脂的研究

STUDY ON HIGH SOLID REACTIVE ACRYLIC RESIN

含羟基的活性丙烯酸酯树脂是多种涂料的重要组分，性能十分优异。本文叙述了高固体分活性丙烯酸酯树脂的制备方法，讨论了反应条件、引发剂、溶剂和分子量调节剂对树脂分子量的影响。用这种高固体分树脂配制的丙烯酸酯聚氨酯涂料，其各项性能均优于普通的丙烯酸酯聚氨酯涂料。

Hydroxyl-containing reactive acrylic resin is an important material used for various coatings with excellent properties. This article has described the preparation of the high solids reactive acrylic resin and discussed the influences of reaction conditions, initiator, solvent and molecular weight regulator on the MW of resin. A polyurehtane/acrylic coating was prepared with this high solids resin, which has superior properties than conventional polyurethane/acrylic coating.
