摘要
具有三膜层结构的太阳能反射涂层在400~1800nm波长范围内,反射率高达80%。用温度自动检测系统测定了涂层的表面温度以及贮罐内装液体的温度。与常规铝粉涂层、白色涂料涂层相比,太阳能反射涂层可使表层温度降低10℃和4℃;涂有太阳能反射涂层的贮罐与铝粉涂层贮罐相比,内装液体温度约低19℃。
A three-layer solar energy reflecting coating has been developed, the reflection factor of which is up to 80% in the range of waveness 400~1800 nm. The surface temperature and interior temperature of the tank are determined with automatic temperature auditor. Compared to the conventional aluminium coating and white color coating, the solar energy reflecting coating can lower the surface temperature by 10℃ and 4℃ respectively. The liquid temperaure inside the tank will be decreased by 19℃ with solar energy reflecting coating compared to the aluminium coating.
