摘要
回转窑是煅烧石油焦常用的设备,如何利用好煅烧石油焦后回转窑产生的大量高温烟气,使余热利用系统的投资省、效率高、操作简单,一直是阳极生产系统中积极探索需要解决的问题,故在原有回转窑高温烟气利用方法的基础上,提出了新的利用方法,新方法具有十分可观的节能效果。
The paper discussed the comprehensive utilization processes of waste heat of flue gas for the rotary kiln in the anode production. By the comparison of orginal processes for waste heat utilization, and a new process with remarkable energy saving was presented.
