This paper introduced the technical reform of rirh liquor cooling process in place of Benfield process in decarbonizing system of Chitianhua synthetic ammonia plant. The problems existing in heavy-duty operation and influencing factors were analyzed, The application of structured packing in the flooding prevention and liquid reuse were also presented.
