摘要
利用离线数据采集-故障诊断系统对空压机进行状态监测,结合工艺运行状况、设备结构特点,对振动超 标的机组进行频谱分析和故障诊断,实例说明了振动信号分析技术的可能性及有效性。
Air compressor state is monitored with the off-line data collection-failure diagnosis system. Frequency analysis and failure diagnosis are carried out on the extraordinary vibration compressor unit based on the process operation and equipment features, in addition, the application of vibration signal analysis technology is described with practical examples.
