新型2,6-二羰酰胺基吡啶类肽的合成及其对卤离子的识别作用 被引量:1

Synthesis and Halide Ion Recognition of a New 2,6-Bis(carbamoyl)pyridine-modified Pseudopeptide

摘要 合成了一个2,6-二羰酰胺基吡啶桥连的、双丝氨酸酰胺型类肽化合物,其结构经1H NMR、质谱及元素分析证实.通过核磁滴定法研究了该主体与卤离子间的识别相互作用,并计算出相应的络合常数.结果表明,这个类肽能很好地识别卤素负离子,并与其形成1∶1的络合物. A 2, 6-bis(carbamoyl) pyridine-modified diserine Pseudopeptide 1 was synthesized and characterized by ^1H NMR, FAB-MS and elemental analysis. The binding properties of halide anions with 1 were examined using NMR titration and the relative association constants were determined. The result showed that 1 binds well with the halide anions, and forms 1:1 stoichiometric complexes.
