跨国公司地区总部的生命周期研究
Study on Life Circle of Regional Headquarters in Multinational Company
摘要
文章首先对跨国公司地区在中国的现状做阐述,并对跨国公司地区总部理论进行综述。随后即提出跨国公司地区总部生命周期理论并进行讨论,对不同生命阶段内地区总部的角色进行分析,最后建立扩展地区总部生命周期模型,对地区总部职能、角色和地区总部生命周期之间对应关系进行分析,并辅以案例加以说明。
