摘要
本文就我国部分研究型大学的院系设置和学科分布情况与世界著名大学进行了比较分析,并运用管理跨度理论、知识管理理论和知识创新群理论对院系设置和学科分布进行了理论分析。指出我国研究型大学在院系设置和学科分布方面存在的不足,认为我国研究型大学应适当减少学院数量,规范学院设置,提高学院内学科设置的综合性;加强和重视特色学院或特色学科建设;分别设置本科生学院和研究生学院;重视交叉学科项目或研究中心的建立等。
This article compares the establishment of colleges & schools and the distribution of instructional programs in some Chinese research-oriented universities with that of the top universities in the world. The author analyses theoretically the establishment of colleges & schools and the distribution of instructional programs by using the theory of knowledge innovation clusters. The author also points management span, knowledge management and out that there are some deficiencies in the establishment of colleges & schools and the distribution of instructional programs in Chinese research-oriented universities. The author holds that China's research- oriented universities should decrease the numbers, standardize the establishment, and improve the synthesis about the distribution of instructional programs in the colleges & schools. China's research-oriented universities should strengthen and attach importance to the establishment of characteristic colleges and disciplines, establish undergraduate graduate colleges separately, take the establishment of multiple instructional programs or research centers seriously.
