摘要
大学教学评价作为国家对高等教育监督、调控、管理的重要形式,彰显着一种政府的干预力量,与大学的学术自由形成了矛盾、冲突,实质上体现了学术发展力量和政府管理力量的最终博弈。评价干预必须保持一个合理的尺度,评价的行政管理化走向应引起深思。
The teaching evaluation acts as an institutional interference of governments" administrative means, which has clearly brought the conflict with universities" academic freedom. It is virtually embodied in two force competition. The paper proposes the evaluation interference should persist in rational limit and rethink its bureaucratic trends.
