摘要
本文介绍了清华大学在开展学生评教工作中以人为本,从人性化角度出发,通过营造重视学生评教的良好氛围、师生与管理者共同设计评估指标、开发网上评估系统搭建师生交流的平台、传递形象直观的评估结果、谨慎处理评估结果、为教师提供优质服务等措施,对学生评教工作采用人文化管理的一些探索和实践。
The paper introduces students' assessment on the teachers in Tsinghua University, focusing on the view of individual essence and creating the favorable atmosphere to emphasize the role of students' assessment. Both the teachers and students cooperate to design the assessment target and explore the interface of net system of assessment for them to communicate with each another. It conveys direct and vivid assessing results to the teachers, with proper improvement and convenient adjustments, providing them with excellent services, and adopting humanity management of students' assessment in the school administration.
