摘要
作者从日本东京工业大学课程改革的实例中,发现日本高校在创造性人才培养体制上的特点。其主要特点可以概括为增设创造性教育科目,使其与专业科目相融,形成一个完整的体系化的课程结构,同时重视智力和能力以外的情绪、意志的培养,是以知、情、意三者和谐发展为根本的创造性教育。
This paper tries to analyze the characteristics of Japanese universities in training creative talent through introducing the curriculum reforms carried out in Tokyo Institute of Technology. It finds that Tokyo Institute of Technology has added a series of courses with a special emphasis on creative education and made them integrated with technical courses so as to form a complete and systematic curriculum. Simultaneously, the school pays much attention on cultivation of students" sentiments. Therefore, its creative education is firmly based on the harmonious development of one's intellect, emotion and volition.
