摘要
厌氧胶是一种单组分无溶剂的胶粘剂,当有氧气存在时为液态,而当氧气被排除后即迅速成为固态。厌氧胶在机械、电子等领域有着广泛的应用。介绍厌氧胶的组成、结构和固化引发机理的研究进展。
Anaerobic adhesive is one kind of one-component adhesive without solvent, which stay liquid in the presence of oxygen from air but cure very quickly when all oxygen traces are removed. Anaerobic adhesives are widely used in the fields of mechanical and electrical industry. Progress in the study on the components, structures and cure-initiation mechanism of anaerobic adhesive were reviewed.
