益生菌拮抗大肠杆菌O157∶H7感染研究进展

摘要 由于使用抗生素治疗大肠杆菌O157∶H7感染出现一些争论,运用其他方法如益生菌来拮抗这种细菌就越来越引起人们的重视。不同的益生菌具有不同的生物学性质,抑制大肠杆菌O157∶H7存在多种机制,如竞争性排斥、增强免疫应答、抑制细菌内化及中和志贺毒素等。
