摘要
针对汽轮机非接触曲径退让式汽封用的典型弹簧类型———一端固定一端自由的弹簧的计算原理以及设计、检验过程进行论述,给出一种比较实用的设计及检验方法和流程。根据研究结果,编制了相应的程序,用于300MW及600MW等级机组的汽封弹簧设计和检验。实践表明,本文给出的论述对弹簧设计人员带来裨益,本文提出的程序给出了一种直观、方便、快捷的设计途径,有效减少了设计人员的工作量。
A general description is given on principle, design and inspection of springs with one end fixed and the other free, which are widely used in no contact type labyrinth retreat sealing of turbine, and a useful method and process for design and inspection are presented. As a result, a program adopted in spring design and inspection of aOOMW and 600MW class units was also worked out. The applied example indicates that the discussion in the paper is helpful to engineers, and the given program can offer a approach to reduce the design work with direct, convenient and fast way.
