摘要
以香菇主栽菌株“庆元9015”为母本,选出优良变异株“庆科20”,该菌株具有独特的PCR扩增条带和蛋白电泳图谱,与“庆元9015”等菌株具有明显的遗传差异。该菌株春栽鲜菇单产比“庆元9015”和“241-4”分别增加7.7%和16.5%;秋栽鲜菇单产比“庆元9015”和“Cr02”分别增加3.3%和18.9%;花菇栽培平均单产比“135”增加20.7%。
Using the main cultivation strain of Lentinula Modes Qingyuan 9015 as the female parent, a high quality variation strain Qingke 20 was selected. It had specific PCR arnplication band patterns and protein electrop.horetic profile, which showed significantly genetic difference with other strains such as Qingyuan 9015, et al. Per bag yield of spring cultivated fresh fruitbodies was increased by 7.7% and 16.5% than that of the Qingyuan 9015 and 241-4. Per bag yield of autumn cultivated fresh fruitbodies was increased by 3.3% and 18.9% than that of the 9015 and Cr02. The average per bag yield of figured fresh fruitbodies was increased by 20.7% than that of the 135.
