农村诚信是整个社会诚信建设的一个重要组成部分。当前“三农”问题的存在及其对农业发展的影响,在很大程度上来自于农村诚信的缺失,为了解决好“三农”问题,促进农民收入增加,就必须以自律、他律、法律为基础建立诚信建设机制,建设农村诚信,促进农业的发展,农村的进步,农民的增收。

Rural good faith is a main part of the good faith building of society as a whole. The existence of ＂sannong＂ problem and its affection to agriculture development, lies in the absence of country good faith to a great extent. For resolving the ＂sannong＂ problem and raising peasant income, we must build a mechanism of good faith construct that base on the autonomy and heteronomy and law to build up the country good faith, speed the agriculture progress and rural development, and increase peasant income.
