摘要
新升本科院校是指1998年以来由专科学校升格而成的本科高校,其教师的职业发展既要遵循高校教师职业发展的一般规律,更要受到其特殊规律的制约。必须消除在教师职业发展方面存在的错觉,要将人事管理模式转变为人力资源开发模式,促进教师的全面发展。
Newly- promoted Undergraduate universities refer to those that have been formed after the junior oollege promotes since 1998, Career development of its teacher, which should follow universal law of career development of teacher of university, be restricted by its special law even more, must dispel illusion want which exists in teacher's career development, must transform personnel management pattern for human resources development pattern, promote the teacher's overall development.
