摘要
为阐明野西瓜的活性成分,并为开发利用提供科学依据,对其果实进行了较系统的化学成分研究.利用多种色谱分离技术及光谱解析技术从野西瓜果实甲醇提取物中分离鉴定了10个化合物.它们是:6-Hydroxy-12-carboxy-blumenol A--βD-glucopyranoside(I),1H-吲哚-3-乙腈4-O-β-葡萄糖苷(Ⅱ),(6S)-Hydroxy-3-oxo-α-ionol(III),3-醛基吲哚(IV),腺苷(Ⅴ),次黄嘌呤核苷(VI),对苯甲酸鼠李糖醇苷(VII),蔗糖(VIII),β-谷甾醇(IX),胡萝卜苷(X),除Ⅱ外所有化合物均为首次从该植物中获得,III为新天然产物,I为新化合物.
In order to elucidate active constituents of Capparis spinosa and provide scientific foundation for its medicinal development, a systematic chemical experiments were made on the fruit of Capparis spinosa. Ten compounds were isolated by various chromatographic techniques and their structures were elucidated on the bases of spectroscopic methods. These compounds included: 6-Hydroxy-12-carboxy-blumenolAβ-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅰ). 1H-indole-3-acetonitrile4-O-β-glucopyranoside ( Ⅱ ), (6s)-nydroxy-3-oxo- α-ionol (Ⅲ) , 3-Indolcarboxaldehyde (Ⅳ), adeno- sine( Ⅴ ), Inosine(Ⅳ), 4-L-rhamnose-benzoic acid (Ⅶ), sucrose(Ⅷ), β - sitosterol (Ⅸ), daucosterol(Ⅹ). All compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compound(Ⅲ) was a new natural product, compound (Ⅰ) was a new compound.
