Research and Development of Monitoring Device for Locomotive

用新技术、新设备保证铁路的行车安全,提高铁路运营效率已经成为铁路运营单位管理部门的共识,20世纪80年代初以来铁路在加强安全运输投入以及机车车辆修制改革,增强维修的可靠性、可用性、维修性和安全性方面做了大量的工作,同时也取得了明显的效果;目前,一方面需要巩固和加强列车安全运行监控记录装置的管理、运用、维修,同时为了及时发现列车运行中的故障,并为列车维修提供依据,缩短列车维修时间及库停时间,也要加强机车车载质量监测记录装置及网络系统的研究开发,通过不断开发和完善软硬件设施,确保运输生产安全,建立以可靠性为中心的机车车辆现代维修体制。

It has been become a common view for railway department to ensure traveling safety depending on new technology and facilities. Lots of works have been launched into the RAMS of locomotive since 1980s, and sound effects has been gained.At present, the management and application of monitoring device for locomotive should be strengthened in order to optimize maintenance of locomotive. In the future, the RCM system for locomotive and car would be established.
