摘要
介绍了200km/h“先锋”号动力分散电动车组牵引变流机组技术参数、主电路构成、控制电路接口设计,分析了变流机组的速度控制和运行特性、内部机械结构和冷却系统、故障诊断和保护,以及CI与列车级网络和制动系统的接口关系,并根据运营考核经验提出改进建议。
This article introduces the technical parameters of propulsion converter set, main power circuit configurafion and control interface design “pioneer” EMU with 200km/h speed grade.Not only the speed control and operation charactefistics、 inner mechanical structure, cooling system、 faults diagnose and protection, but also the interface between converter set and TCN plus braking system is analyzed. The improvement suggestion is given according to the EMU's test run experience.
