锅炉吹灰器枪管环缝焊接机床的设计

摘要 介绍了锅炉吹灰器枪管环缝焊接机床的基本组成和工艺过程,设计了基于可编程控制器的电气控制系统和软件系统。该焊接机床由机械系统、电气系统、气动装置和水冷系统组成。可编程控制器是机床控制系统的核心,能够对机床的外围设备展开精确控制,这些外围设备包括:弧压控制器、焊接电源、送丝机控制器、电动机和电磁阀等。实验表明,使用该焊接设备焊接质量显著提高,焊工劳动强度大大降低。 The teehnological process and the basic eonstruction of a encircling weld lathe for boiler sootblower's pipe are described in this paper, An electrical control system and software system based on the prngrammable logic controller (PLC)was designed.The lathe was manufactured by integrating the machine system, electrical system, pneumatic device and water cooling system. PLC is the core of the entire control system, which control the peripheral equipment exactly.The peripheral equipment include are voltage corntroller. weld power supply, wire feeder controller, electromotor and electromagnetic valve. The experiments show that.the weld quality is highly improwd, physical labor of the welder is greatly decreased, when using this equipment.
