中西医结合治疗青春期功血疗效观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Adolescent Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding with Integrated TCM and WM

目的:探讨青春期功血中西医结合止血的方法。方法:68例青春期功血随机分为两组。治疗组32例用雌激素加中药失笑散加减治疗,对照组36例,单用雌激素止血治疗。观察两组控制出血时间、出血完全停止的时间,激素用量,用药的副反应。结果:两组比较控制出血时间、出血完全停止的时间、激素用量、用药的副反应方面均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:雌激素治疗青春期功血合并重度贫血能起到止血的目的,但存在激素用量大、胃肠反应重、止血不够迅速、不能长期使用等缺点,加用中药治疗可以更快、更好的止血,减少激素的用量,从而减少副反应,病人的顺应性提高,使青春期功血得到更好的治疗。

Objective： To observe the effect of integrated TCM and WM in treating adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Method..68 patients with adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into the treatment group （32 cases） treated with combined estrogen and modified Shixiao Powder（失笑散） ,and the control group（36 cases） treated with estrogen alone. The time that bleeding was controlled and stopped, the dosage of estrogen and the side effects of each group were observed. Result.The differences of all the indexes between the two groups were notable （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion.. Estrogen has the effect of stopping bleeding in treating adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding combined with severe anemia. But when using estrogen alone,the dosage is higher ,side effect such as gastric resction is more severe,and the time of stopping bleeding is longer than using combined estrogen and Shixiao powder. So integrated TCM and WM can treat adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding better.
