摘要
炼油厂生产二异丁烯过程中产生的大量副产物三异丁烯,目前尚未有效利用。为了利用这些副产物,笔者使用三异丁烯和苯为原料,采用固体酸作催化剂,生产支链十二烷基苯,并且对催化剂及其工艺条件进行了选择,使支链十二烷基苯的收率达70%以上。这样不但为三异丁烯开辟了新的用途,而且降低了烷基苯的生产成本。
A large mumber of by-product triisobutene are produced while disisobutene producing in refinery, but it has not been utilized efficiently at present. In order to utilize the by-products. we use triisobutene and benzen as raw materials and solid acid as catalyst to produce side chain dodecyl benzen, we select the catalysts and the technologic conditions enabling the recovery of side chain dodecyl benzen above 70%. The technique not only develop a new way to utilize triisobutene but also reduce the production cost of dodecyl benzen.
