摘要
简述了超声振动辅助气体介质电火花加工原理,分析了超声振动辅助气体介质电火花加工电极材料抛出的物理过程,探讨了工件材料抛出机理以及气体介质、超声振动对材料蚀除的影响机理。
The principle of uhrasonic vibration aided electrical discharge machining(EDM) was described and the material removal process was analyzed. The mechanism of material remove was discussed. In addition, this work described the effect mechanism of gas medium and ultrasonic vibration on material remove.
