摘要
针对型腔电解加工存在阴极设计周期长的问题,可采用VC++编程设计型面,用UG建立实体造型,进行阴极的计算机辅助设计。该项技术与OpenGL标准图形库相结合,模拟电解加工的成形过程,可实现阴极尺寸的动态修正,是缩短阴极研制周期的一条途径。
CAD of the cathode designs the cavity using Visual C + + and establishes the entity shape using UG, because the design of cathode in the ECM process is a long period. It is a feasible method to shorten the period of cathode design that this technique combined with three-dimension graphic standard-OpenGL simulated the shaping process of ECM in order to revise the size of cathode on line.
