摘要
该文对我国马铃薯食品的开发情况进行了介绍,通过对国内马铃薯食品开发和科研情况的简介,对比我国与国外马铃薯食品加工的现状和差别,提出了我国发展马铃薯食品的建议。
This paper expound current potato food developing situations in our country, and offer suggestions about expanding potato food through introducing potato food developing scientific research and processing in our nation with foreign country.
