复方泥鳅粉对小鼠耐缺氧能力、脑循环及免疫器官功能的影响

摘要 [目的]探讨复方泥鳅粉对小鼠耐缺氧能力、脑循环及免疫器官的影响.[方法]连续12 d灌胃给予小鼠不同剂量的复方泥鳅粉,末次给药1 h后,进行常压缺氧实验、脑循环障碍实验,测定存活时间,并称取免疫器官质量.[结果]复方泥鳅粉延长小鼠耐缺氧、脑循环障碍及存活时间,提高免疫器官质量.[结论]复方泥鳅粉提高小鼠耐缺氧能力,调整脑部循环,提高免疫器官功能. OBJECTIVE To study the effects of compound loach powder on rats' bearing hypoxia, cerebral circulation disturbance and immune organs. METHODS The difference dose of compound loach powder was adopted by pouring stomach for twelve days. After 1 hour of the last time, the normal pressure experiment and cerebral circulating disturbance experiment was performed, and the weight of immune organs was weighed. The effects of compound loach powder on rats' bearing hypoxia, cerebral circulation disturbance and immune organs were observed. RESULTS The compound loach powder increased the ability of rats' bearing hypoxia, survival time of cerebral circulation disturbance and the weight of immune organs. CONCLUSION The compound loach powder has the abilities of countering rats' bearing hypoxia and cerebral circulation, and improving immune organ function.
